Hey everyone,

Glad to be back on today. Yesterday and today are ok days.  Beth you had mentioned that I may be herxing.  I didnt even know what that was!  Maybe I am.  I did some research and i put together this protocal myself, it does seem to be working. However there are a couple more suppliments Id like to add, but I think Im going to wait until I have more better days than bad days before I do that.

Ok ladies, grab a pen and paper, you asked for it, so here's what Im taking.

Morning AFTER Breakfast

Garlic Bulb extract 1000mg

Burdock Root extract 500mg

Dandelion Extract 500mg

Prickly Ash 1500mg

Red Clover 1500mg

Milk Thistle 1000mg

Alfalfa 500mg

Vitamin E 1500mg

Vitamin C 1000mg

Bromilean 500mg

COQ10 300mg

Evening After Dinner

Womens Multi

Black Cohash 1000mg

Garlic 1000mg

I may be taking too much of one or too little of the other. But all I can tell you is that Im seeing results and thats what I want.  I want to get well. I know its a long drawn out process to get the silicone out of my system. But as long as Im getting some results its better than none.

let me know what  you think.

Hugs to all you ladies, without you all I dont know where I would be today. With the support of my very special husband bruce and some of you that are very close to my heart I have no idea where I would be today!!

I love you all,

PattyDC

Hey Sharit, Detox is a very personal thing.  This is working for Patty.  It doesn't necessarily mean it would do the same for you or me or anyone else.  You should look at this as a "guideline"...not necessarily a "yes, this will work 100% for sure."  I will say that Patty has come up with a detox protocol that on more than one occasion has allowed her to SEE the silicone coming out of her body.  That is something I have not seen with my own protocol which is why I wanted her list to compare to mine.  Thanks Patty!  I may have to go rob a bank to get all this, but I may very well give it a shot! haha

Overall I feel pretty good, but I'd like more evidence that I'm getting this crap out of my system.  The very deep groove in my nail is growing out flat again, so I know what I've been doing has helped.  But I had the textured silicone, and an extracapsular rupture.  I know there's more in me than has come out.  I'm excited to see if this, or at least some of this, will help, Patty.  Thank you so much for sharing!

Sharit, you should put a post out there asking for different ideas on detoxes.  This is obviously supplement based.  There are some women who do fasts, colon cleanses, infrared saunas, foot baths, and many other varieties.  If you're needing guidance on how to start detox, this is definitely the place to get it! lol  Good luck!

Hi

I'm just curious as to how you know it is working...like have you seen stuff come out or off of you?  My reason for asking is I have been having what I've been told toxins coming off of my tongue..not sure if this is true or not, though it seems to be so.   So just wondering what you are experiencing if I may ask that is giving you the confidence that it is working.

thanks~lisa

Patty is not on as much lately, but I don't thinks she'd mind me saying that she's seen it in her bowels and via a different rash that produced "gritty" stuff. Sorry Patty, if you do mind. :(

I'm curious what's up with your tongue? I've heard of yeast showing itself via the tongue, but not toxin dumping. What's it look like????

Hey All,

and Thank You Susan, you are more than welcome to post for me when Im not online as you know better than anyone the things I have going on.

I do have a gritty rash and the "grit" that is coming from this rash is sort of clear and sand like. I went to my GP and he told me he wasnt really sure what it was and that he could refer me to a dermatologist. However he gave me a cream to use and it really hasnt touched it. And right now I cant afford to keep going to specialist as Ive already spent a small fortune in doctors.

I have seen it floating in my stools which the first time I seen it I have to admit it scared me. Now its just something Im used to.

As for the tongue, I am meticilious as far as keeping my mouth and tongue clean. However I have had a "coating" on my tongue.  I have scrubbed and scrubbed my tongue and within 30 minutes the coating is back. Ive tried all kinds of mouthwashes and scrubbed my tongue till its sore at times. However the coating comes back. So Im not sure if its yeast or something else.  I have taken 2 courses of antifungal that the doctor gave me. I am not having anymore problems with yeast infections since the last dose of diflucan.

I have also been doing some research and found a detox program that you can buy off the shelf that is very simIilar to the one that I have put together for myself. However its not quite as strong as what I am taking.  Its called Detox7, and its alot cheaper than what I spent on these suppliments individually.  But basically the herbs that I am taking all have a detoxing quality and also help support the liver, and immune system, and of course Im on the Black Cohosh because Im 44 had a hysterectomy when I was 36 and Im going through menopause. But because of my family history of breast cancer my doctor will not put me on any prescription HRT but he did recommend black cohosh or said I could take the estroven.  I do get some  relief from the hot flashes with this.

I hope that this helps you all a little.  I will try to be on more, as Ive increased my hours working online because Im tired of being broke, and Bruce is working 10 and 12 hrs a day just to make ends meet and its really tight now cause hes also having to pay back the loan he borrowed for my explant surgery. Not to mention that lightening ran in on the house and took out our big tv, dvd player, surround sound system, washer and it seems the fridge too. Didnt start having problems with it till the lightening incident.  Homeowners is going to give us a check this week. but it wont cover the cost of a new washer!!! i mean it will help if we just replace the tv and the washer that we buy used. So the other stuff we will replace as we can if at all.  So Im increasing my hours online working, to bring in a little more money.

Ill try to answer post each day unless I have a really bad day, which means I dont get out of bed except to potty!!!

Love you all and many hugs

PattyDC

Thanks Susan for the post...I too have been working this past week.  Went to reply to your question, got interrupted so thought I saved what I had started to type for your reply and when I got back, realized I didn't save it....so here goes again.

Patty you have sooo made my day when I read your response.  Your tongue coating sounds just like mine.  And I too did the exact thing you did to try to get it off.  It's kinda hard to explain.  It does look like yeast...palish/white coating.  I did have yeast on the back of my tongue, but that part seems to be gone.

When I bought a tongue scraper (not sure if you used this or not)(which I had just been using my toothbrush before this)  The first time I scraped my tongue the stuff I got off was so thick (and clear) that I could barely spit it out of my mouth.  I also have been having this stuck feeling like plem way in my throat that I could not ever move.  Finally after about 5 months of that, I am able to clear that.  And when I get that out it also is so thick that if I spit it in my fingers (sorry to sound gross, but I needed to inspect it :)  it sticks to my fingers and won't come off.

Its amazing what these implants does to ones body.  Thanks for sharing your part.  Let me know how your tongue does.

One more question...where your implants ruptured or intact?  I too had developed a grity rash under my chin and behind my earlobs, but that all went away within 2 months of explant. ~Lisa

Hi Lisa

YES the tongue thing is the EXACT same with me. And YES I have scraped my tongue till it was almost raw!! I have the same thing going on.

As for rupture, I had double lumen saline. The outter shell of one of my implants was ruptured. The lumen with the silicone in it. So I know I have it in my body. Now trying to get rid of it.  Also I forgot to mention that I am also doing the epsom salt soaks. But my GS still wont let me "soak" in a bath up to my waist. Because of the gallbladder surgery and the lower incisions. He wont allow me to actually soak at waist deep for another month.  So Ive been soaking but just with the water under my belly button.  So not "fully" soaking yet, if that makes sense.

Its amazing how we all have SO MANY of the same problems but yet the doctors refuse to see this!!!

Hugs to you all

Patty

Wow...sorry about all what you're going thru.  It's amazing that we have the same thing and mine weren't ruptured.  Goes to show that stuff still comes out of them even when in tact.  That's what blows my mind.

Thanks again!

Patty,

By any chance you aren't taking pepto bismal are you?  That makes your tongue black.  If not, it just might be candida which you will have to address.  Any probiotics in the list of things you take.  Eliminating sugar and bread?  If it is real bad, some have to avoid fruit.  I've heard mixed opinions on this.  I removed fruit from my diet for 6 weeks.  Too long but I was determined to fight it.  After that was all done, I felt so much better.  I would only recommend avoiding fruit for a week since it has sugar in it even though it is natural sugar.

I know every site has a bit different info on what not to eat when having candida.  The new thing is that you need to take a prebiotic to feed the probiot.  Anyone hear anything on this subject?  Has it helped any who have tried it?

Thanks~Lisa

Food the probiotics live on, indigestible to us. Like inulin. I think pectin qualifies, too, but inulin is the big one. And oligosaccharides. I'm sure there are others.
