You might try pushing the F5 button to refresh your computer. If that doesn't work try rebooting.  But most important I told Beth to check it out! She is the only one that can help with the computer problems on this forum!!    :)   Brenda

Anyone having this problem, make sure you click on the subject and not the name of the person that sent it to you.  We have had several ladies that have had this problem.
