1 year after explant

It's been one year after explant and I'm doing great! I no longer have brain fog and the GI issues or any symptoms. I am back to my normal self prior to implant. I have more energy then ever. For me key was taking good probiotics and continuing diet without sugar. I took herbs continuously to treat my GI symtoms that lingered on. I just want to encourage everyone that you can heal completely from this nightmare. It took a lot of work, but it can be done.

wow its soo good to hear that! so happy for you it truly makes me happy to hear someone say i am healthy again. i explanted 7 months ago and i actually got a little worse. So many problems with my stomache also. I dont even know where to start on detox as the other day i saw a post dr. kolb wrote on another support group that said there is way to detox that will make you sick and a way that will make you healthier and she also said it was wishful thinking to think of getting better without antifunguls. im so confused i dont know what to do for detox as my stomache is so sensible and i get horrible acid reflux. i want to try liquid needle soaks but have not bought it yet.

My condition really got worse 3-7 month after explanted, but it started to improve around 10th month. I didn't use supplements as my stomach couldn't tolerate it. I healed through proper diet, herbs and acupuncture. I eliminated gluten, sugar, all the bad stuff too and light excercise. I had horrible acid reflux, gas bloating....my GI was totally messed up I took discorea, aloe vera, lotus root mixed and drank this prior to each meal and that took care of acid reflux. I also boiled barley water and radish root boiled water as this gets rid of all the bad gas that accumulates and which harms your liver. You need to take good probiotic and this is must! I took very good quality probiotics and ate lots of leafy green vegetables. Took some enzyme...... etc.. It's lot of work, but it worked. Food is most important! I also took lot of natural herbs.

I had more than just stomach issue. The GI issue was the last to get resolved.... I had palpitations, mutiple chemical sensitivity, hypoglycemia, chest pain, lung pain, insomnia, panic attacks, bad brain fog, candida...too many to mention. All cleared.

oh ok sorry read on your profile that said gastro problems so thought that was the only thing.. yep i have all those symptoms besides the hypoglycemia. It gives me hope to hear you got better from all that
