stem cell fat transfer dr

Who is most recommended for this procedure in the east coast of the u.s.?
I need some reconstruction from removal done.I am accepting my small breasts its just the areas where too much muscle was removed needs a bit of fixing.I want the stem cell transfer that doesn't go away and need redoing.Anyone heard of anyone in Florida that does this??or nearby???thanks
