RE: Explant and top part of breasts
It will take some time, its been almost 3 years for me, things look good, I think they call it fluffing :) When the implant was in there, it was laying on things, it will takes some time for all that to come back up. Just give it time, you will see.
Things looked different every month, still changing, been 3 years. |

RE: Explant and top part of breasts
me2009 could you share with me what you have done to detox if you have detoxed? i still havent detoxed and i am so lost in where to start. i was going to start jumping on a trampoline but then i heard that lymph system draining massages make women more ill so then i though well trampolines drain the lymphatic system so maybe its not a good idea neither. i am so confused on what to do what will be safe and what wont?

RE: Explant and top part of breasts
Sorry took me a while to reply, been busy.
I haven't really did any detox, just been eating better , veggies and fruit, staying away from junk. I also have a trampoline , start with just jumping very slow and not to high, just small... that's all you really need to do with helping with lymph draining.. Hope this helps, Take care. |

Thats good im glad you got better just by doing the diet. I think I'm going to need more then just the diet. so im just going to do natural ways of detox for now instead of supplemnts but yea might get a little trampoline. too coold to jump on the big one lol i live in chicago. Thanks!

RE: Explant and top part of breasts
I think patience is what we have to have but it definately is hard. my last mri was about 2 years ago and the last one was with contrast which later i found out is very bad to get as it is also very toxic so if you get a scan again get it without contrast. yes inflammation is a big problem with this whole illness. so diet is very important as some food can cuase inflamation. never loose faith. : )
