Just in case a picture tells a thousand words here are some photos of my implants after explant. One came out en bloc (ie the capsule intact and surrounding the implant) the other didn't as the capsule was so thin. The end picture is of the capsule

  Did you Improve after Explant?: Feeling much better but still have a few lingering symptoms

Explanted en bloc 7/8/10 by the awesome Dr. Jae Chun, with full anchor lift.

Two years with submuscular saline 275 cc's + eleven years with silicone gel, 450 cc's. Ugh.

Thankyou for this, really helpedme pictureit. Beforehand I was imagining that en bloc involved cutting away a huge chunk of stuff around the inplant, but judging by your picture it is a much more intricate amount!

This is why it takes a very skilled surgeon to remove an implant using this method.....as you can imagine.
