Hello all,

I am new to this. I had my silicone implants done in 2006 and recently found myself in breathing difficulties--always need to take a deep breath.

My GP said it's prob. due to anxiety and asked me to take a lung x-ray scan.

***( She's doesn't know I have done BA since my mom was present and she doesn't know either)

I am just worried when I do the x-ray scan, the x-ray will show the implants and my mom would know abt this screats........

Can anyone answer this??:puke:puke

Hi Mc246, Welcome to the forum!!! Yes, your lung scan will show that you have implants. They will probably mention it in the final report. Althought it will be a hard thing to do, maybe it is time to tell your Mom about your implants. You have only had your implants for a year and are having symptoms. Have you thought about having them removed???

Please take the time to look around the forum and do some reading. There is alot of information here. Let us know if you have any questions! :123p

Peony, implants will show up on xrays. Now, even when I have a chest xray, it always says "old inflammatory reaction" noted in chest area.
